I had made a purchase of a different product direct from the UK manufacturer, before finding the Innuos for sale at Audiologica at a good price. I had suffered nothing but trouble. It didn’t do what it said on the can. ‘Customer Service’ was provided by way of visiting an Internet forum and chatting with A.N. Other about problems or sending an e mail and waiting for someone to respond. I got really fed up with what I suspected was an item clearly not fit for sale. I did not want to pay money and to be used as a test bed. I did more research and realised I would have to spend more to get something that would reliably do what was advertised. I have worked for a few years in a Customer Service role so I think I am qualified to comment. The service from Audiologica is top notch. It is obvious to me that this product I have bought from them has been built to a far higher standard than the previous item. This item comes out of the box and it works. Audiologica have been excellent with follow up calls and have monitored from purchase to using, throughout. Would I return for other products from them? Most certainly. You get what you pay for, plus excellent customer service. The previous item was far cheaper, but it was a heap of junk, ‘supported’ by people who really couldn’t care less.
