I have been looking into upgrading my CD transport, Audiolab CDT6000, for a few months with a budget between £1500 to £2000. After reading many reviews, forums and YouTube reviews I settled on the Atoll DR200 Evo at £1500. Having settled on this transport I looked at retailers. There are a few in the UK and I settled on Richard of Audiologica after reading the many reviews on the website. I placed the order at the end of July and Richard contacted me straight away to explain that the French factory closed down manufacturing in August so there would be a delay supplying the transport. He offered to arrange a loan Atoll from the distribution company, Replay Audio in Newcastle-under-Lyme. I have enjoyed the Atoll immensely, beautifully built and great sound quality through my Chord Qutest dac. The loan Atoll was in the silver finish and looked stunning. My Atoll transport was delivered yesterday and the loan Atoll collected at the same time. I chose the black finish for my own transport as it fits in better with the other equipment in my Atacama rack. Excellent serviced from Richard and Replay Audio. Thank you. I would definitely recommend Audiologica for Richard’s personal service.
