Excellent service and communication from Richard as it wasn’t the easiest of processes importing these speakers from Germany post Brexit. However he could do no more and in the end they were personally delivered by the distributor – couldn’t ask for more! The speakers are superb and brilliantly neutral (early days !). I think they will only get even better over the next month or so. Cosmetically the quadral are superb with a deep piano gloss absolutely marvelous.

These speakers deliver without fear or favour any style of music – from orchestral, chamber to TripHop, acoustic , electronica etc! Despite their impedance being under 8 Ohms, are easy to drive. These speakers are full range from around 30Hz to beyond hearing & smooth without any obvious dips or highs.
The bass region is well-extended, tight & tuneful. The mids carry a great deal of detail & sound staging that’s partly down to the tall & narrow profile. This magic extends to the highs that manage to be extended without harshness. The CS8s perform well beyond their price!
