IsoTek Evo3 Sequel System Link has Neutrik powerCON outlet designed to connect multiple units together, maintaining a shared earth reference and preserving the need for multiple wall outlet sockets.
The IsoTek Evo3 Sequel is a mid-range step-up on the IsoTek ladder of mains cables, a beautifully-constructed cable giving the user a massive improvement in performance compared to standard freebie cables supplied in the box with your hi-fi equipment.
EVO3 Sequel power cable offers increased performance over IsoTek’s multi-award winning Premier, featuring optimised conductor strand geometry and active shielding.
Sequel comes in a standard length of 2 metres.
CONSTRUCTION: The conductors are in a parallel construction with slight rotational twist. This established technique remains the first line of defence against RFI and EMI rejection.
A) Conductors: Silver plated 99.9999% OFC conductors offer an exceptional level of purity with enhanced conductivity. They are less likely to fracture or degrade over time. Silver is an excellent conductor and when combined with a high purity copper provides impressive electrical properties.
B) Dielectric: Teflon FEP dielectric (insulation) is chemically inert and has a very low dielectric constant over a wide frequency range. FEP possesses a very high degree of stress crack resistance and a low coefficient of friction making it an exceptional dielectric. FEP is the first choice for safety in both temperature and electrical insulation.
C) Filler: Cotton filler has been used to give the cable internal strength and reduce microphony. Cotton also possesses excellent dielectric properties, the best of a solid material.
D) Wrap: A mylar wrap is used to secure the construction and offer a barrier shield prior to the application of a flexible PVC jacket. The addition of the mylar and cotton form a buffer with the PVC so as to maintain exceptional dielectric properties.
E) Shield: An earthed OFC shield insures maximum RFI rejection, thus preventing Common Mode noise effecting the live and neutral conductors.
F) Jacket: PVC is used as an outer jacket to give a high degree of flexibility and mechanical strength.
TERMINATION: Sequel cable is terminated using IsoTek’s bespoke Audiophile grade moulded connectors of solid OFC with 24ct gold plated conductors. These offer the highest quality performance and are less prone to tarnish.

I received the last part of my Iso Tek order from Richard. The mains cable length I required to connect the Polaris to the Aquarius is a special order not a stock item and at the time of placing the order Richard advised me that it would be about 4 weeks for delivery. He was spot on. I placed the order on the 22nd September and DPD delivered the cable on 21st October!
I am now able to power the Polaris via the System Link socket on the Aquarius which itself is connected to the wall socket via the V5 Syncro Uni 16. This has enabled the Polaris to benefit like the Aquarius from the V5 Syncros DC noise cleaning capabilities as well as freeing up a wall socket. Very impressed with all the Iso Tek kit and a huge step up from the Titan GUII I have happily used for 20 odd years.
