I was doubtful that this would make any improvements to my setup. But as we all have this passion to upgrade and improve our setups, upgrade itous if you like. I rang and spoke with isoacoustics after hearing reports of amazing results from isolation of speakers and decided to buy some on a the basis of trial and return if not satisfied. Well nothing to lose if I wasn’t happy. They arrived late on Monday afternoon and I decided to fit them the following day. My wife was curious as to what I had bought and fitted them for me as it was a easy job to do. She simply unscrewed the standard feet and fitted the Gaia 3 feet in their place. It only took about half an hour to complete both speakers. My speakers are Monitor Audio platinum PL200 at around £6k there not cheap and so had decent feet fitted as standard. Well we both sat in the optimal position and put some music on. Wow it was so different almost day night scenario, something was changed. The bass seems more present and deeper than before, we’re listening at a significantly lower setting than usual. It seems as all the power we were losing into the floor is now coming towards us. Even the wife has noticed the improvement and is now happy to let me continue my journey. These Gaia isolation feet really do work and I would recommend anyone to try them on their setup, you’ll be glad you did
Hi - I don't often upgrade HiFi (the last time being 15+ years between set-ups). Having obtained a Primare i30 amp to replace the Cyrus2 & a pair of Rega RS7's to replace the Missions, I then looked for a new CDP to replace the Marantz and compliment the new amp. Richard had a client selling a used Primare CD32 and a deal was struck suiting both parties. Richard negotiated the transaction / payment / shipping extremely efficiently. I am now in Primare heaven 😉
A NAD module from Audiologica for my C388 amp didn't seem to work, but the problem turned out to be all at my end. Guess what... I hadn't upgraded the firmware on my new amp! Once I'd done that, everything worked like a dream, and Richard's endless patience kept my hopes up while I was trying to find out what was wrong. Great service!

The innuos zen I purchased from audiologica was recommended by Richard and after doing a little research I purchased it a few weeks ago as a early Christmas present and wow what a fine cd ripper highly recommended. Bought an amplifier from Richard at Audiologica and can't fault the service. It was delivered to Aberdeenshire within two days of ordering and we were kept informed all the way through.
There are good hi-fi retailers around, but I can't think of one that is better than Audiologica. Richard is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. I have bought several items from him over the last 5 years and have been pleased with all of them and impressed by the level of service I have received.

I had a difficult time finding Crystal Cable IEM cables here in the U.S., by chance I found Audiologica. I was amazed at the level of customer service support Richard provided, he kept me abreast of the cable order placed with Crystal Cable, when they received it, and throughout the shipping process (tracking the order as if he would be recipient). I received a request from FedEx here in the U.S. with regards to the commercial invoice which was required for U.S. Customs, although it was late in the evening in the U.K. Richard was there to forward a soft copy of the invoice to FedEx, his promptness allowed me to receive the cable on time. I've never experienced such personal attention from any retail establishment in the past, excellent company which I would not hesitate to purchase from again in the future!

Since the company whose products I was interested in does not have a dealer in my current country of residence, had to look for dealers abroad. That was how I got in touch with Richard. He then provided me with the Eclipse-TD speakers I was looking for. As well as valuable advice and impeccable delivery. Since then, many components in my system(s) have changed, but the Eclipses are still there, playing as they should (and as Richard promised they would) 🙂
