Sharing technology found in Planar’s PD7130, the PD7060 DLP projector offers both superb image quality and plug-and-play setup. At the heart of the PD7060 is a 0.65” Dark-Chip3 720p DLP panel from Texas Instruments®. This high definition panel ensures that both image brightness and contrast range are handled equally well. All critical video processing is handled by a Texas Instruments DDP3020 video scaler/processor. With Motion-Adaptive De-Interlacing, accurate colour processing and video noise reduction, the PD7060 is capable of generating images of tremendous clarity and impact. In this configuration the PD7060 is capable of achieving a stunning 3500:1 contrast ratio combined with an image brightness of 1000 ANSI lumens. Both standard and high definition sources can be accommodated up to and including 1080p. Precision optics ensures absolute clarity at all image sizes, while a throw ratio of 1.53 – 1.76:1 allows a wide range of rooms and screen sizes to be accommodated |
