Audiologica is based near Horsham in a rural area of West Sussex. We are a small family-based business who believe in traditional values and honest customer service. Our products are selected mid-to-high end hi-fi and audio-visual separates from world-class manufacturers. Our customers will normally have a fairly good knowledge of audio-visual equipment and will often know exactly what model they are looking for. You are of course welcome to telephone or e-mail us if you have any queries and we also offer demo-facilities on a range of our products We are confident that our products are of the highest quality and will give years of excellent service, however things do occasionally go wrong and all our products are backed-up by the manufacturers warranty. Returns Policy In the unlikely event of an item being found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 5 days and we will arrange to repair or replace provided all original packaging is retained.
