The SLS Two Slim Line Surface Mount speaker features a ported extruded aluminium enclosure, which is only 5 1/4" deep. A solid wood baffle provides a dense non-resonant housing for the multi-driver array. Four 3” long-throw aluminium drivers work in unison, creating fast accurate bass extension. A 1”, 360 degree pivoting aluminium tweeter completes the driver array. Its pivoting action allows the high frequencies to be directed toward the listening area and reduces the reflected distortion from flat panel displays, which typically sit away from the wall. Horizontal or vertical mounting and the pivoting tweeter combine to help the SLS Two excel in all multi-channel applications. Centre, front and surround channel information can be directed accurately: in surround applications, the high frequencies can be directed away from the listener, creating a more diffuse and enveloping soundstage |
