In the unlikely event of an item being found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange to repair or replace provided all original packaging is retained.

Under the terms of Distance Selling Law customers are requested to return any unwanted goods within 7 days. Goods must be in perfect-condition and repackaged as new.

Audiologica is based near Horsham in a rural area of West Sussex. We are a small family-based business who believe in traditional values and honest customer service.

Our products are selected mid-to-high end hi-fi and audio-visual separates from world-class manufacturers.

Their expertise spans a variety of products in household automation and home-cinema and they maintain a variety of automation equipment in London and the home counties, they also have operatives based in the West Country

Environmental Policy

The WEE Directive aims to both reduce the amount of electrical and electronic equipment being produced and to encourage everyone to reuse, recycle and recover it.. It also aims to improve the environmental performance of businesses that manufacture, supply, use, recycle and recover electrical and electronic equipment.

We will arrange to safely dispose of any unwanted items. This will be on a one-for-one basis, as long as the new equipment is of a similar type and has the same function as the old equipment.

Please return any unwanted equipment to us at time of purchase of your new equipment

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health. To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
